A: Valves (especially control valves) are products that need to be customized according to the customer's actual operating conditions (such as media type, working pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc.). For valve bodies of common materials and pressure specifications, we maintain a large inventory in advance. If the customer's requirements match the inventory specifications, production, assembly, and delivery can be completed within 10 days after confirming the order and parameters. If the valve required by the customer has special parameters such as material, pressure, and structure, requiring recasting of the valve body or customization of parts, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. However, we will clearly inform the customer of the estimated delivery time when accepting the order and promise that the delivery time will meet the customer's actual usage needs.
