The Compact electric actuator adopts a lightweight integrated structure with a built-in micro geared motor and intelligent control circuit board. Its compact size and minimal installation space make it suitable for small-diameter valves and compact pipeline layouts.
The actuator supports standard 4-20mA analog signal input and output, providing fast response and accurate valve adjustment. The internal protection circuit integrates overload protection and overheating protection to ensure stable operation during frequent start-stop cycles.
Equipped with a manual emergency handwheel, the actuator can be operated manually during power interruption. The housing is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy with anodized surface treatment, providing IP65 protection and reliable performance in clean or slightly humid environments. Compared with pneumatic drive solutions, it eliminates the need for air supply systems and significantly simplifies automation pipeline installation.
