The Pneumatic Slide Gate Valve integrates a wear-resistant sliding plate throttling structure with a pneumatic actuator system, eliminating the need for additional manual operation and enabling remote automatic flow control through standard air supply and positioner signals.

The core throttling component adopts a hard alloy sliding plate sealing design, providing excellent resistance to particle erosion and cavitation damage. It is specially developed for high-solid-content and highly abrasive slurry applications, offering significantly longer service life compared with conventional control valves.

The straight-through flow channel design prevents material accumulation and blockage, effectively solving common problems such as slurry clogging and valve sticking. The sliding plate opening can be customized with linear or equal percentage flow characteristics to meet different precision regulation requirements.

The actuator system supports diaphragm, cylinder, and scotch yoke pneumatic configurations, and can be matched with HEP, YT, or digital intelligent positioners. The modular structure simplifies maintenance, and the wear-resistant sealing components can be replaced without removing the entire pipeline system.
