The YTC Smart Positioner is a mechanical pneumatic control device designed for industrial valve automation systems. It receives a standard 4-20mA DC control signal and converts the electrical input into corresponding pneumatic output pressure to drive pneumatic actuators for accurate valve opening adjustment.
The modular pneumatic structure simplifies calibration and maintenance, while the internal feedback linkage system provides convenient adjustment and excellent resistance to dust, moisture, and vibration. It supports quick switching between direct and reverse acting modes and is compatible with various pneumatic actuators, including diaphragm actuators, scotch yoke actuators, and cylinder actuators.
With strong component interchangeability and low maintenance costs, the positioner is suitable for general industrial control applications requiring stable and reliable valve regulation performance.
