The HEP Electro - Pneumatic Valve Positioner is a key automation component for pneumatic control valves. It receives a standard 4-20mA current signal and accurately converts the electrical signal into pneumatic output pressure to drive pneumatic actuators, effectively compensating for adjustment errors caused by valve friction and medium pressure differences.
The internal mechanical feedback structure provides stable operation and strong vibration resistance, making it suitable for chemical plants, power stations, and other industrial environments with dust and vibration. Positive and reverse operation modes can be quickly switched on site, while single-acting and double-acting diaphragm or cylinder actuators are widely compatible.
