Electric V-type Ball Valve

The Electric V-type Ball Valve integrates a V-shaped regulating ball core with an electric actuator, allowing precise flow adjustment and shut-off operation without requiring an external air supply.

The V-shaped ball design provides equal percentage flow characteristics, offering sensitive control at small openings and strong flow capacity at large openings. The metal hard sealing structure provides excellent resistance to particle erosion and wear, making it suitable for high-viscosity and solid-containing media.

The valve stem is equipped with multiple sealing packing layers and an anti-blowout safety structure, ensuring reliable operation under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.

The electric actuator supports travel feedback and fault alarm functions and can receive 4-20mA analog signals for integration with DCS automation systems, enabling remote intelligent control.

It is widely used in chemical slurry transportation, paper pulp pipelines, wastewater and sludge treatment, lithium battery electrode slurry production, coal chemical ash water systems, food viscous material handling, and metallurgical slurry regulation systems.

All processes including valve body casting, machining, grinding, assembly, and pressure testing are completed independently. Every finished product undergoes 100% pressure inspection before shipment.

The V-shaped valve core and sealing surfaces are precision-machined and polished in-house to achieve high regulation accuracy. Standard valve bodies and electric actuators are kept in stock, allowing normal orders to be shipped within around 10 days.
