The Floating Ball Valve adopts a floating ball structure where medium pressure pushes the ball against the downstream valve seat, providing stable and reliable sealing performance.
Its compact structure contains fewer components, making installation and maintenance easier. The full-port straight flow channel minimizes flow resistance and eliminates material accumulation areas.
The valve seat can be configured with PTFE soft sealing or metal hard sealing solutions. Soft sealing is suitable for clean fluids at normal temperatures, while hard sealing is designed for high-temperature, high-pressure oil products and steam applications.
Multiple connection options including flanged and threaded designs are available. Small-size valves can be equipped with pneumatic or electric actuators for automatic opening and closing control.
Typical applications include water supply pipelines, refined oil transportation, natural gas systems, food-grade purified water systems, neutral chemical media, and HVAC heating pipelines.
