The butterfly valve type wafer adopts an ultra-thin wafer body design, featuring compact structure, lightweight construction, and easy installation. Unlike traditional flanged valves, it does not require additional flange connections and can be securely fixed between two pipeline flanges, significantly reducing installation space and overall project costs.
The centerline disc sealing structure provides low operating torque and fast opening and closing performance. The valve seat adopts an integrated rubber lining design, offering excellent sealing performance, buffering capability, and reliable bidirectional pressure resistance. The straight-through flow channel minimizes pressure loss and prevents medium accumulation. It can be equipped with manual handles, pneumatic actuators, or electric actuators, making it suitable for low-pressure large-diameter pipeline shut-off applications. Maintenance is simple, and sealing components can be replaced without removing the entire valve.
