The flange in butterfly valve features an integrated cast flange structure on both sides of the valve body, allowing direct bolted connection with pipeline flanges. Compared with wafer designs, it provides stronger connection rigidity and better vibration resistance, making it suitable for heavy-duty pipelines, underground installations, and high-stability operating conditions.
Available with centerline or single eccentric disc structures, the centerline design is suitable for normal-temperature clean media, while the eccentric design is ideal for slightly abrasive particles and high-temperature applications. Soft rubber sealing and metal hard sealing solutions are available. The integrated valve seat design ensures long service life and prevents sealing failure.
The reinforced valve body provides stable pressure performance and supports horizontal or vertical installation. It can be combined with pneumatic or electric actuators for remote automatic control and flow regulation.
