The Nitrogen Release Valve works together with the nitrogen supply valve to form a complete tank nitrogen blanketing pressure control system. When tank pressure exceeds the preset limit due to temperature rise or material filling, it automatically opens to discharge excess gas. After pressure returns to the safe range, it closes automatically.
Working together with the supply valve, it creates a pressure dead zone to prevent frequent valve opening and closing, extending equipment service life.
The product adopts a pressure-balanced valve plug structure with large discharge capacity and fast response. The modular valve body design simplifies maintenance. Media-contact components can be lined with PTFE to handle corrosive organic solvents and acidic tank exhaust gases.
The discharge port can be connected to VOC recovery pipelines to meet environmental protection requirements.
Main applications include gasoline and methanol storage tanks, volatile hazardous chemical tanks, coating resin storage systems, pharmaceutical sterile storage tanks, thermal oil expansion tanks, and ultra-pure water sealed storage systems.
