Description

The Self-operated Micro-pressure Regulating Valve is specially designed for low-pressure and ultra-sensitive pressure control applications. By using an oversized sensing diaphragm, it detects Pa-level pressure changes and performs automatic pressure stabilization or relief without electricity or external air supply.


This design solves the problem that conventional self-operated valves cannot accurately control micro positive pressure and micro negative pressure conditions.


The stemless structure eliminates packing leakage risks, while the integrated pressure sensing design removes the need for external impulse tubing and simplifies installation.


The valve supports nitrogen blanketing pressure control, cleanroom differential pressure regulation, and exhaust micro-relief applications. The fluororubber composite diaphragm provides excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance, ensuring long-term stable regulation accuracy.


Typical applications include storage tank nitrogen blanketing systems, pharmaceutical cleanroom pressure control, lithium battery clean production areas, laboratory inert gas protection, hazardous chemical exhaust treatment, and small gas burner pressure stabilization systems.
