1. 4. The valve stem is a through-stem structure, heat-treated for excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and abrasion resistance. During opening and closing, the valve stem only rotates without vertical movement, minimizing damage to the stem packing and ensuring reliable sealing. It is fixed to the butterfly plate with a tapered pin, and the extended end features an anti-blowout design to prevent the valve stem from breaking off in case of accidental breakage at the connection between the stem and the butterfly plate.
5. Connection methods include flange connection, clamp connection, butt weld connection, and lug clamp connection.
Drive types include manual, worm gear drive, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-hydraulic actuators, enabling remote control and automated operation.
