Fixed Ball Valve

The Fixed Ball Valve adopts a fixed ball structure supported by upper and lower valve stems. Unlike floating ball designs, the ball does not move with medium pressure, resulting in lower operating torque and easier operation under large diameter and high-pressure conditions.

The double-seat bidirectional sealing structure ensures reliable shut-off regardless of flow direction. The valve seat features a self-cleaning scraping design that removes impurities from the ball surface.

The full-port streamlined flow passage provides low pressure loss and high flow capacity. The valve stem includes multiple safety structures against blowout and leakage, ensuring stable operation in demanding industrial environments.
It can be equipped with pneumatic or electric actuators for automated pipeline shut-off and regulation.

Main applications include long-distance oil and gas pipelines, large chemical plants, power plant steam systems, coal chemical high-pressure pipelines, large storage tank inlet/outlet isolation systems, and new energy high-pressure fluid transportation systems.
