Butterfly Valve Eccentric Type

The butterfly valve eccentric type adopts single eccentric and double eccentric structural designs. By offsetting the disc shaft position, it effectively eliminates continuous friction between the sealing surfaces during opening and closing, significantly improving wear resistance compared with traditional centerline butterfly valves.

The single eccentric design provides excellent cost performance and is suitable for medium temperature and medium pressure applications. The double eccentric structure offers controlled sealing clearance and supports metal hard sealing solutions, making it suitable for high-temperature and slightly abrasive media.

The valve body features an integrated casting structure with high mechanical strength. Both flange and wafer connection designs are available. The replaceable valve seat reduces maintenance costs during long-term operation. It can be equipped with pneumatic or electric actuators for automated on/off control and basic flow regulation. The optimized flow channel ensures low flow resistance and stable medium circulation.

Application Areas:
Heating steam networks, chemical wastewater pipelines, metallurgical circulating water systems, municipal flue gas pipelines, grain and oil processing systems, and medium-sized power plant cooling systems.

The company has participated in the preparation of multiple national valve standards. The eccentric disc, shaft, and sealing seat are independently machined and precision-ground without relying on outsourced semi-finished components.

The factory is equipped with CNC machining centers, non-destructive testing equipment, and high & low pressure air leakage testing systems. Every finished product undergoes multiple sealing and torque tests before shipment.

Standard eccentric valve bodies are available in long-term inventory. Normal working condition orders can be shipped within approximately 10 days. Special materials for high-temperature or corrosion-resistant applications can be scheduled according to project requirements.
