An eccentric rotary plug valve, also known as a cam-flex or Camflex valve, uses an eccentric spherical plug that swings on an offset shaft. As the plug rotates, its sphere moves away from the seat through most of the stroke and only contacts the seat in the last few degrees, so the sealing surfaces experience almost no sliding friction. That makes the plug and seat highly abrasion-resistant while the equal-percentage characteristic (with an optional linear characteristic) delivers fine throttling and tight shutoff within one body. The internal flow path is smooth and pocket-free, so slurry, fibers and viscous fluid do not pack against trim. A flexing seat compensates automatically for thermal expansion and pressure changes, keeping leakage stable from low to elevated temperatures. The body accepts either wafer or flanged ends and pairs with pneumatic or electric actuators and smart positioners for automated modulating duty.
Slurry and high-pressure modulating duty is where this valve proves its value, and it is rarely a standard off-the-shelf item. We build to customer working-condition drawings, adjusting port size, plug contour and seat material between PTFE soft seal and multi-layer metal hard seal according to particle loading, pressure drop and required capacity. Drawing-based production lets the eccentric plug geometry match the actual pipeline installation and process, so the valve modulates reliably on abrasive slurry rather than wearing out in service.

Packaging & Transportation
All valves are packed for standard export shipment. Before dispatch every valve undergoes 100% air and water pressure testing; we share pressure-test videos, packing photos and the packing list with the customer, and complete customs documentation is prepared for export orders.

A. Yes, we manufacture to customer drawings. After receiving your medium, temperature and pressure parameters, our engineers issue a calculation sheet and 2D sample drawings for confirmation.
Q2. Do you provide sample testing?
A. Yes. We charge only the material cost for samples and do not add a separate sample-service fee; we do not provide free samples.
Q3. How do you guarantee quality?
A. We run a complete ISO9001 system. Each eccentric rotary plug valve is individually tested for torque, leakage and stroke before leaving the factory.
