The Cylinder-type pneumatic actuator adopts a direct-drive pneumatic cylinder structure, providing stable linear thrust output and is mainly designed for linear stroke control valves. It is suitable for high-pressure and high differential pressure applications where conventional diaphragm actuators cannot provide sufficient force.
The cylinder inner wall is precision honed to reduce friction, while the piston sealing system uses composite PTFE sealing rings to achieve low friction and prevent internal leakage. Spring modules can be added to realize fail-open or fail-close safety functions according to process requirements.
The stroke length can be customized based on valve requirements, and the external stroke indicator allows convenient monitoring of valve opening position. Standard air interfaces support connection with HEP, YT, and intelligent positioners, enabling precise 4-20mA signal control. The actuator features excellent resistance to dust and moisture, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
