Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuator

The Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuator adopts a pneumatic cylinder piston driving mechanism that converts linear motion into rotary torque through a scotch yoke structure. Compared with rack and pinion designs, it provides higher output torque under the same volume, making it ideal for large-diameter and high-pressure valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and eccentric rotary valves.

The scotch yoke transmission structure features low mechanical clearance, accurate positioning, and excellent torque output performance. The internal low-friction wear-resistant bushings effectively reduce mechanical losses and extend service life. Single-acting and double-acting configurations are available, with the single-acting type equipped with return springs to achieve automatic safety reset after air supply failure.

The housing is manufactured from aluminum alloy with hard anodized surface treatment, providing strong corrosion resistance and reliable outdoor operation capability. With a standard 0°–90° rotary stroke, the actuator supports quick switching between positive and reverse operation modes and can be equipped with valve positioners, solenoid valves, and limit switches for complete automation control.
