The diaphragm type actuator uses compressed air to drive a rubber diaphragm, providing smooth output force and excellent linear stroke characteristics. When combined with control valves, it enables high-precision continuous flow regulation.
Single diaphragm and double diaphragm designs are available. The double diaphragm structure provides higher output force and is suitable for large-diameter and high-pressure control valves.
The internal structure eliminates gear friction, resulting in low operating noise, fewer failures, and easy maintenance. The diaphragm is manufactured from oil-resistant and aging-resistant reinforced fluororubber composite materials, providing excellent fatigue resistance and long service life.
The actuator supports quick field switching between direct and reverse acting modes. It is compatible with HEP, YT, and intelligent positioners, making it a widely used driving solution for industrial control valves.
